1. Good quality but thought this was HP based on the price

   The quality was there and nothing wrong with the product, except missing gaskets that may not have been listed in this review. I purchased this thinking this was the HP Carb that I previously had when I road Gopeds back in the day. Turns out it doesn't come with the gaskets unfortunately or anything else besides the carb itself.
