Fender Brake Neoprene Washer Set (3123W)

Fender suspension neoprene washer set for push model Go-Peds.  

Set includes:

(3)* thick neoprene rubber washers (only two shown)

(2) thin (small diameter) neoprene rubber washers

(2) metal/rubber washers.

(2) bolts

(2) nuts

(Replaced "O" rings in 2017)  This set includes parts that may not be used on all versions.

Installation:  Bolt through deck, then thick neoprene washer, then fender, then thin neoprene washer, then metal washer, then nut. 

*Note that some of the newer versions use two neoprene washers on the outside hole between the deck and the fender.  This version uses the outside bolt tightness to adjust the level setting of the fender

Important:  Only tighten the rear fender nuts to just snugged but checking that  they are to the point where the nylon locking ring material in the nut has just fully engaged the threads..  The neoprene rubber must flex rather then the metal fender bending to prevent fender breakage from metal fatigue.
