Specifications:
* Gen 3 model only (in use in scooters manufactured after 2008-1/2 through current)
* 1 per scooter
* Installed in battery pan
* Regulates speed and throttle response.
* Battery connection modifications may be needed depending on battery type.
* Matches the Gen 3 PN: 6110B throttle with black connector
